Baoding Swan Fiber Co.,Ltd,formerly state-owned Baoding chemical fiber joint factory , is one of 156 major construction projects during the First Five-Year Plan period, which has made a historic contribution to the development and expansion of China’s viscose filament industry. It is now a wholly state-owned enterprise under China Hi-Tech Group Corporation.which belong to China National Machinery Industry Corporation.

With the development of technology and textile industry, Baoding Swan took the lead in implementing the five national development concepts and shut down all viscose filament production lines in 2015 to implement green transformation and successfully produced a new textile material with green and sustainable development :Lyocell staple fiber.

Lyocell staple fiber brings together the excellent characteristics of natural fiber and synthetic fiber. It uses natural renewable wood pulp as raw material ,the whole production process is clean and environmentally friendly .The finished products can be naturally degraded, and is known as the “green fiber of the 21st century”. Lyocell products have cotton’s comfort,viscose’s drapability ,polyester’s strength , wool’s crispy handle and silk’s feel. It successfully applies in home textile,underwear,clothing,infant,non-woven fabrics and so on.

In 2015,Baoding Swan successfully launched the high-end brand “ORICELL” through continuing technological innovation.and “ORICELL” industrial chain was established to promote the development of Lyocell industry in China . “ORICELL” is soft , comfortable , and brightly colored after dyeing .It also has silk’s feel and elegant luster and is easy care.

“ORICELL” broke foreign companies dominance of lyocell fiber industry in China,and established a new pattern of lyocell fiber industry . It has gradually permeated into home textile, clothing, non-woven fabrics and the other fields,and its market share has gradually increased. At the same time,it has continuously expanded in medical materials ,cosmetics ,specialty paper , filter materials , food packaging and other fields,and has become a green fiber material with the development trend.
